Vendor tables will be offered at the same low rates as other MASC events.
- Individual Member Booth: If you are a paid MASC club member selling as an individual (ie, you do not operate under a named frag or aquarium business) then you get a space to sell your items simply for donating a frag to the club ($25 suggested retail).
- Commercial Vendor Booth: If you operate as a named entity for frag sales and are not a paid sponsor (ie, you do not donate $100 or more per year to MASC) then you can buy sales space for only $25 plus a donated frag ($25 suggested retail). This fee can be PayPal'd to donate@marinecolorado.org, please put in the comments that you would like a commercial booth at ReefEd
- Sponsor Vendor Booth: If you are a sponsor at the Society, Featured or Premium level ($100-300 per year) then you have no booth fee, but must donate a frag to the club ($25 suggested retail)
- Platinum Sponsor Booth: For sponsors who donate more than $400 per year, you can reserve sales space with no additional frag donation or cash required. All you need to do is let us know that you want to be there to sell before we run out of available space.
We will only have 20 vendor booths. A vendor booth is defined as 1/2 table. If you need more space, then you must reserve two spots. The reason we are limited is that we are all about education: therefore, the vendors will be in the same room and have the opportunity to watch the speakers Each person at the vendor tables must also register for the conference so we can include you in the lunch count. Since lunch will be a valuable part of your sales time, we recommend that you stay on site during lunch. Vendors can register at the $5 member admission price, we will add the ability to register as a member once you sign up for your booth.
